Personal Training

Group training is amazing for the value, but nothing beats a one to one private session! You will gain even more knowledge from the trainer, get to have deeper more meaningful conversations. The great thing about having the attention is you will learn the techniques and exercises with greater depth, and the sessions will be catered to your specific interest, hobbies and goals!

The Buddy System

The buddy system has many of the same benefits as personal training, with the added bonus of sharing the experience with up to 2 of your friend or loved ones. These sessions are great as you can have a great laugh, get fit together and still get lots of attention, without being lost in a big crowd. You and your friends can challenge one another to push harder, with the added bonus of saving money compared to individual PT sessions!

6 Week Reshape Bootcamp

4 PT sessions a week for 6 weeks to help you learn the fundamental principles of training – structure, intensity and technique. This programme is designed to accelerate your training and is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners through to seasoned professionals. Brilliant if you have a special occasion coming up, such as a holiday. Body composition and fitness tests, with before and after photos included.

Success Mindset Strategy Coaching

This works on the part of the journey most plans ignore – your habits, motivation and self-belief. In a focused one to one session we get clear on what has held you back before, build routines that actually stick, and set a strategy that keeps you consistent long after the novelty wears off. Great alongside your training, or as a standalone reset when you know what to do but keep getting in your own way.

Corporate Staff Training

We all want more productive staff working for us, as we all know exercise increases energy, positively affects the mood and mental health. These sessions are also great for team building between colleagues! It also gives the staff positive associations with being in work! Novotel Liverpool was the first company providing exercise sessions for their staff, and have continued to see the improvements in their staff, upping there sessions to 2 a week!

Home Visit Personal Training

Home PT is great for people who have anxiety about going to big gyms due to the pressures that it can bring people, these home sessions are also amazing for people with a busy schedule. Through feedback clients say what sets this apart from PT in a gym is you get to use your own shower and have to travel nowhere. The PT comes to you!
